Would you like to be Proforto's voice in Italy? We're looking for someone to set up customer service for our Italian market and who will also be available right away to assist our Danish and Swedish customers.
Here's what you'll do:
You'll be Proforto's Italian voice from day one, with our Danish and Swedish customers alongside it. There's no script waiting for you and no Italian playbook yet: you'll write it. Not on your own, though: there's a customer service team in Nijmegen who have been doing this for years, and they'll help you find your feet.
Answering Italian customers by phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and social
Helping our Danish and Swedish customers in English, alongside the Italian market
Giving real advice: which safety boot suits which trade, which certification a job calls for, what works for a crew of forty
Explaining the Italian market to the rest of Proforto: what customers expect, what they ask for, what we haven't got
Pulling in purchasing, logistics or our personalisation team when a customer needs more than a straight answer
Building the Italian service toolkit from scratch: templates, FAQs, tone of voice
