As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you'll play a crucial role in scaling QuantWare's engineering and operations teams. You'll own 8-10 roles end-to-end, partnering closely with our Talent team and Hiring Managers to move candidates through the process fast and smoothly. You'll be the keeper of our pipeline, using our ATS and LinkedIn to connect, schedule, and close hires across tech and non-tech teams.
What you will be doing -
Take charge of the entire recruiting process for your assigned roles, working closely with hiring managers to define job specifications, design interview processes, and handle all the logistics, from initial screening to making the offer. -
Coordinate interviews across teams, scheduling, preparing interviewers, managing candidate availability, and making sure everyone stays up to date with the timeline and process. -
Prioritise a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, keeping everyone informed at every step to ensure a smooth, professional journey. -
Create and improve scalable recruitment procedures and best practices. Keep our ATS up to date with accurate information to monitor the hiring pipeline, spot any bottlenecks, and help us hire efficiently. -
