Your Day to Day:As assistant Cluster Finance and Business Support Manager, you will drive the finance team in day-to-day operation and ensure a high standard of performance. In collaboration with the Cluster Finance and Business Support Manager, you will be reporting on the financial state of hotel and work with other department to make recommendations on improving hotel profitability. You will act as the finance team leader in the absence of the manager and be the main finance point of contact for hotel team and stakeholder in this capacity.People· Manage day-to-day activities, plan and review work with the team members ensuring the quality of task completed· Help developing the team by providing feedback and training to help maintain a high standard of compliance· Provide an escalation point for the hotel team resolution of finance issues· Drive the departmental communications with different stakeholders, both internally and externally· Support and maintain our relationship with outsourced teamFinancial· Use financial analysis, data trends and market information to anticipate needs, identify operating / financial issues, and recommend actions to maximise financial return· Assist in the yearly budget process and in the monthly forecast updates.· Review and
