As a Data Management Specialist, you play a key role in further professionalising our data landscape. You ensure that data is reliable, consistent, and fit for purpose, enabling the organisation to work in a truly data-driven way based on clear definitions, standards, and quality principles.
You work closely with colleagues across different disciplines and act as the connecting link between business, processes, and data. In this role, you analyse datasets within Microsoft Fabric, develop methods for measuring data quality, and translate insights into tangible improvement initiatives. You monitor progress, make results transparent, and ensure that improvements demonstrably enhance the quality of our most critical data assets.
In addition, you are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving data and KPI definitions. You advise business analysts and other stakeholders on data standards, governance, and data quality matters, while ensuring that policies, guidelines, and agreements remain up to date. Through your expertise, trust in data grows and the organisation's overall data maturity continues to evolve.
