who you are
For the role of Warehouse Manager, it is important that you meet the following requirements: - You are willing to work in Tholen - You speak English - You are available full-time - You work in the day shift - You have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment or 3PL environment - You have an MBO-4 or HBO work and thinking level - You have experience with WMS systems - You have experience working with operational KPIs
what will you do
As a Warehouse Manager, you are the driving force on the shop floor! You are responsible for the entire flow of goods: from intake to shipping products for one of the largest clients. You directly manage 2 supervisors and 6 team leads, ensuring everyone starts their day with a big smile!
You analyze figures, achieve agreed targets (KPIs), and implement smart process improvements. You also take time for your people: holding great progress meetings and helping your team grow. A dynamic and varied full-time position in the day shift where every day brings exciting new energy!
