How do you help keep the Netherlands powered? As a Risk & Compliance Officer, you support the Security, Risk & Compliance team by improving governance processes, monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing actionable insights through data analytics and reporting. Your responsibilities include: - Maintaining and continuously improving the team's Key Results framework in oBoard, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. - Monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and compliance initiatives while providing transparency and actionable insights. - Creating, coordinating, and tracking improvement plans, remediation actions, and compliance-related initiatives. - Driving continuous improvement by facilitating corrective and preventive actions and monitoring successful implementation. - Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports related to Security, Risk & Compliance performance. - Translating business requirements into meaningful KPIs, Key Results, management reports, and performance indicators. - Delivering executive and operational reporting on compliance status, risk trends, audit findings, security metrics, and improvement initiatives. - Ensuring data quality, consistency, governance, and adherence to reporting and visualization best practices. - Developing and maintaining data models, reporting frameworks, technical documentation, a...
