What you will be doing:
The Quality Employee supports the operation with a clear focus on quality, scanning and correct process execution. The QE identifies issues early and discusses them directly with the OSAA or Supervisor.
Main tasks
• Check if processes are followed correctly.
• Check important scans.
• Check loading quality, sorting and correct destination.
• Support operational settings.
• Report issues and deviations directly to the OSAA or Supervisor.
• Support colleagues and explain the correct way of working.
• Recognize recurring issues and raise them when needed.
• Support improvements in quality and process flow.
