As an AI & Automation Specialist or AI Developer, you will help companies to work more efficiently by automating processes and developing or implementing AI solutions. You will collaborate with various teams, switching between idea generation, implementation, and optimisation.
Your responsibilities could include tasks such as: - Contributing to an organisation's AI policy and developing safe working practices for AI - The practical application of AI, such as co-pilots, workflows, analyses and smart integrations - Defining, establishing and monitoring KPIs for new developments. Identifying improvement opportunities and securing solutions as part of continuous improvement - Improving and integrating existing systems (including AFAS, EasyParty and proprietary tools) - Identifying areas where AI and automation can genuinely add value - Testing, building and further developing solutions - Providing teams or colleagues with information on new ways of working
