Role Overview
We are looking for a product-minded Full-Stack Engineer to take a leading role in building and scaling impactful climate tech products. In this position, you will enjoy a high level of ownership, directly influencing both product strategy and engineering decisions. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment, you will take features from concept to production, ensuring the delivery of robust and practical solutions.
This role is based in Rotterdam and operates on a flexible hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Engineering
● Design, build, and ship production-ready features end-to-end using Django and TypeScript ( NextJS ).
● Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the technical direction of the platform.
● Ensure high-quality, maintainable code while balancing development speed and practical problem-solving. Ownership & Strategy
● Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, influencing both engineering and product decisions.
