You will join the buyer-facing (B2B and B2C) side of our auction platforms, e.g. troostwijkauctions.com . Our goal is to create a great customer experience across the full buyer journey, from discovering an item to placing a bid, to winning and paying. You'll own product work that spans multiple brands and regions across Europe. What you will do
• Own and shape parts of the Storefront product roadmap across Troostwijk, Vavato and Surplex, and decide where to invest based on data and what customers actually need
• Think in journeys, not features: follow the buyer from finding an item through bidding, winning and paying, and improve the moments that matter most
• Work hand in hand with design and engineering across discovery, definition, delivery and validation - you co-create, you don't hand off
• Run discovery to understand the real problem before jumping to solutions, and turn what you learn into a clear, sequenced plan
• Partner with data, marketing, CRM and commercial teams to align on direction and keep everyone in the loop on priorities
• Balance new improvements against keeping platforms already live across multiple brands and regions stable and fast What you bring
