We are looking for a proactive professional to help us drive continuous improvement across our state-of-the-art production floor. What You Will Do
As a SHEQ Specialist, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy. You will manage essential quality processes independently while providing vital support to our Engineering teams on larger-scale projects. You are the critical link between high-level safety standards and daily operational execution. - Quality Management : Support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). Perform advanced process audits and analyze statistical data to ensure compliance. - Safety Inspections: Proactively inspect work sites to detect hazards, facilitating immediate reporting and resolution to maintain a gold-standard work environment. - Incident Investigation : Lead investigations into workplace incidents and customer complaints. You'll identify root causes and propose sustainable corrective actions. - Process Improvement : Propose changes to testing parameters and frequencies. You will identify opportunities to streamline procedures and escalate deviations when necessary. - Mentorship & Training : Deliver training sessions on regulatory topics and act as a mentor for junior team members. - Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain documentation and prepare for external ISO audits.
