Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
For our Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to successfully offering selected candidates.
You will work closely with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and provide expert advice throughout the hiring process.
Your role:
- Taking responsibility for end to end recruitment: - Intake meeting: gather candidate requirements from the Hiring Managers, - Set up an efficient recruitment strategy, - Job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media, - Sourcing to find candidates, - Selection of the right applicants. - Recruiting with "Avature", our innovative ATS. - Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process. - Participate in preparing an adequate offer and extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations. - Providing expert advice on recruitment and sourcing matters to Hiring Mangers. - Developing and maintaining a strong talent pools. - Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment. - Cooperating and working on Employer Branding activities in cooperation with team members (eg creating internal and external communication, supporting in organizing promotional events). - Actively promote company and job offers using various social medias.
What You Need to Succeed
