To give our colleagues the space to grow, develop and work together successfully, we are looking for an HR Officer who makes sure everything behind the scenes is well organised.
As an HR Officer, you will be involved throughout the entire employee journey, from welcoming new colleagues to supporting absence management, recruitment and HR administration. You keep an overview, communicate easily with employees and managers, and contribute to an organisation where people feel valued and have the opportunity to continue developing. You will also have the opportunity to help us further professionalise HR at Voet.
What you will do
As an HR Officer, you will support Voet with a wide range of HR matters. You are organised, detail-oriented and make sure that agreements and administration are properly documented. -
Manage and keep employee records up to date; -
Prepare employment contracts and other HR documents; -
Process new hires and departures; -
Keep track of leave and sickness absence; -
Answer employees' questions about HR and personnel matters; -
Schedule and prepare meetings; -
Support HR administration and payroll processing; -
Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and ways of working. What we offer -
