The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Junior Financial Controller . In this versatile role, you will work for both The Dylan Amsterdam and Amsterdam Wiechmann Hotel, playing an active part in the financial operations of both hotels.
You will be involved in the month-end closing process, financial reporting and analysis, ensuring that the financial administration is accurate and up to date. You will analyse results and variances, investigate the reasons behind differences, and help translate financial information into useful insights for the organisation. You will also support the Director of Finance with budgets, forecasts and various financial matters.
You will work closely with your colleagues within Finance, as well as with departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage and Sales. You will have plenty of room to take ownership, contribute ideas on how we can further improve our financial processes, and continue developing yourself within Financial Control.
