Purpose of the role
At Anthos, AML/KYC is not a back-office checklist. It is a core part of how we protect our licence to operate, serve our clients responsibly, and remain a trusted partner to clients, employees, regulators, COFRA and other relevant stakeholders. Know Your Customer, Customer Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML/KYC") are important topics in society, with significant exposure, regulatory attention and direct management accountability.
For Anthos and its clients, it is essential that we meet our obligations and prevent integrity risks where practicable, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions breaches and other harmful or illegal activity. These obligations are reflected in laws and regulations such as the Dutch Wwft, Wft and Sanctiewet, as well as relevant EU AML and sanctions developments.
