Situated in Amsterdam's Oud-Zuid district, close to the iconic Vondelpark and excellent public transport links, Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam is a stylish boutique hotel where personalised service and authentic hospitality take centre stage. As a Front Office Intern, you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Front Office operations while developing your professional and hospitality skills in a welcoming and dynamic environment. The internship starts in September 2026 for a period of 5 or 6 months. Responsibilities - Support guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out - Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests from around the world - Assist with guest enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face communication - Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards and systems - Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences - Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming Front Office environment Essential Requirements - Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme - Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop - Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach - Enjoy working as part of a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment - Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requir...
