Who am I?
As Business Planner you are a central part of the commercial team and reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager. Your key responsibilities are: - To guarantee the quality of our commercial O+O forecast within your customer scope - To be the commercial ambassador within in monthly for your customer scope - To support and challenge the Account Managers on their forecast construction - To be the right hand to the Business Intelligence Manager on identifying risks and opportunities in the commercial construction - To develop and support the right business planning tools, systems, and processes - To monitor and analyze SIT, Sell Out, Sell In - To have grasp of the full gross to net picture (P&L)
In order to do so you foster a multi-functional collaboration, both with the commercial teams, as well as with supply chain, sales controlling, RGM and marketing.

You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.
