Deputy Store Manager (f/m/d)

MISSION
The Deputy Store Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager in shaping business strategy, vision, and goals to meet commercial targets and enhance the brand's reputation and image. This role involves leading the team daily, driving sales and profitability, client satisfaction and relation, maintaining an organized store incl. operations, fostering team cohesion, and promoting the brand's culture and values.
Management
- Lead by example in both operations and client interactions. - Stay active on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback to improve the Bvlgari selling experience, ensuring client centricity, an omnichannel approach, memorable experiences, and strong business performance. - Act as people manager by proactively planning one-to-one meetings to offer feedback, developing action plans, and setting personal targets, to support the performance management. - Overcomes team complaints, objections and requests (products) in a confident and positive way.
