Are you ready for a new challenge and eager to join us as a Front Office & Reservations Employee? What will you be doing?
You are the first point of contact for inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person at the reception and reservations department of Lommerrijk & Dok99. You will inform, advise, prepare quotes, conduct tours, and process bookings in the Smart Event Manager and Nostium reservation systems. And then... the lovely bridal couple or conference guests arrive. You drop everything to welcome them with your signature enthusiasm. Because YOU make the difference.
YOU...
· have at least a completed MBO degree (hospitality/facility management)
· have at least 2 years of relevant work experience (hospitality-related)
· are an extroverted person with guts, who is independent, driven, and proactive
· work accurately and can switch quickly between different tasks
· are tech-savvy and pick up new software systems quickly
· are flexible and willing to work weekends
