Position Overview
The Project Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting the Project Manager (PM) and project team in handling administrative and coordination tasks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Task Support and Progress Tracking
Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project tasks and follow up on progress
to ensure team members complete deliverables on schedule.
2. Meeting Coordination and Documentation
Arrange cross-functional or client meetings, prepare presentation materials, and
record and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
3. Document Management and Version Control
Maintain and organize project documents, contracts, quotations, and related
records, ensuring proper filing and version control.
4. Cross-Functional Communication and Coordination
Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams (e.g., Engineering,
Design, Marketing) and external stakeholders.
