As an Industrial Automation Service Technician at ASML, you'll play an essential role in keeping the company's advanced logistics systems running smoothly. You'll work in an innovative high-tech environment where reliability, safety and technical expertise are key.
Your role will involve a wide range of technical challenges, from troubleshooting unexpected failures to carrying out preventive maintenance. You'll perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse and transportation systems, helping ensure that logistics processes continue to run efficiently and reliably.
When technical issues occur, you'll locate, analyze and resolve electrical, mechanical and pneumatic malfunctions. You'll use your technical knowledge and analytical skills to identify the root cause and get systems back up and running as quickly and safely as possible.
You'll also carry out inspections and tests on installations to ensure maximum safety, availability and performance. By carefully monitoring installations and analyzing technical data, you'll help identify potential issues before they lead to future failures.
Collaboration is an important part of your role. You'll work closely with suppliers and internal departments to solve technical challenges and continuously improve the performance and reliability of the installations.
