In this position, you drive the creation of sophisticated healthcare products within the Product and System Engineering department at Philips. Working under the guidance of a senior technical lead, you turn conceptual ideas into scalable, volume-ready mechanical solutions. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning electronics, software, thermal control, and dynamics to bring complex medical innovations to life.
Your key responsibilities: - Translate high-level conceptual designs into detailed mechanical sub-systems suitable for volume manufacturing. - Produce complete technical product documentation, including assembly instructions, service manuals, and Bills of Materials (BOM). - Partner with multi-disciplinary engineering sub-teams to solve complex dynamic, thermal, and mechatronic design challenges. - Manage effective technical communication and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external suppliers. - Support the integration, testing, and continuous improvement of high-precision mechatronic systems at Philips.
