Are you an early bird who loves having your afternoons and evenings free?

At Park Plaza Eindhoven, we're looking for a Waiter / Waitress - Breakfast who enjoys starting the day bright and early while helping our guests do the same. Working predominantly in morning shifts starting at 06:00 or 07:00, you'll finish your day while most people are just getting started, leaving plenty of time to enjoy your afternoons and evenings.

As part of our Breakfast & Lunch team, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet each day, creating memorable experiences through warm hospitality and attentive service. Whether you're preparing the restaurant for breakfast, ensuring the buffet remains fully stocked and inviting, clearing and resetting tables, or supporting lunch service, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a warm, friendly, and professional breakfast experience.

• Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant and buffet before service begins.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Ensure buffet items are replenished and presented attractively throughout service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic restaurant environment in line with food safety standards.

• Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience.

Essential Requirements

• Availability to work early morning shifts starting from 06:00 or 07:00, including weekends and public holidays.

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
