And then arrange the storage and shipping to (remotely working) team members and customers. It has never been so easy to develop quality merch so quickly and easily. As a New Business Merch Consultant at Monday Merch you are the first point of contact for our new potential B2B customers. You provide customers with information about our service and help realize Merch projects of 1-150K euros for the coolest brands in Europe.
New Business Merch is your starting point within the sales team at Monday Merch, from here you can grow (quickly) into Junior Merch Consultant, Merch Consultant, Key Account Manager and Senior Merch Consultant. We grow fast, so you can too.
You will have the following responsibilities: -
Together with the other Sales team members you are the point of contact for our customer. You built a relationship with your customers and make sure they sign the first order and come back after the first order -
Your main KPI is the sign rate (% of # quotes signed and value of quotes signed) , Activity with customers and returning customer revenue -
We hope that you can grow into a leading role within the sales team, which is possible if you reach targets and show contribution to the team (ideas, improving processes etc) -
