Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you will contribute to maintaining the hotel at its highest operational standards, ensuring smooth functionality.The ideal candidate will actively support the implementation of brand standards, foster teamwork, and uphold high levels of productivity and quality in all tasks performed.
Functie-eisen:
As a Maintenance Technician your duties will include:General Maintenance & Repairs:
• Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests professionally and efficiently.
• Perform basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair guest room items such as lights, TVs, toilets, A/C units, and appliances.
• Carry and safely use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Assist with painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and surface repair when needed.Preventive Maintenance:
