Your mission
Are you currently a Teamlead, ready to take a bigger role in a high-impact manufacturing environment? As Operations Manger/ Operations Lead in our Tiel plant, you'll manage a team of around 85 colleagues (5 direct reports), drive safety, performance, and continuous improvement, and act as the right hand of the Plant Manager.
