Your role at a glance
As People & Culture Manager, you will be a member of the IKEA Delft Management Team. You will act as a strategic business partner while driving an inclusive, engaging, and development-focused work environment.
You will help our co-workers and leaders grow, strengthen our unique IKEA culture, and ensure that people and business objectives go hand in hand. In doing so, you will contribute every day to a workplace where people feel welcome, can be themselves, and are empowered to perform at their best.
What you will do -
Lead and drive the People & Culture agenda for IKEA Delft, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the successful execution. -
Develop our business through people and creating the environment where everyone is empowered to develop and grow our business. -
Ensure the right people and competences are in place today and for the future through workforce planning, recruitment, competence development, succession planning and staff cost management. -
