As a People Coordinator - Mobility & Compliance in Amsterdam, Rotterdam; Netherlands, you will play a key role in making sure our people processes around mobility, compliance and employment administration run smoothly, accurately and with care. You will independently own a range of operational HR processes and employee cases, ensuring that everything is handled correctly, compliantly and from start to finish.
You will work closely with our People Operations team, Other colleagues in the People team and external providers to coordinate processes such as 30% ruling applications, A1 documentation, immigration and visa cases, UWV applications and employment administration. You will bring structure and attention to detail, while also using your judgement to identify when something needs to be escalated or when a process can be improved.
As part of the wider People team, you will help create the "small enough to care" experience by making complex People processes feel clear, smooth and personal for every Depster.
JOB PURPOSE:
WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Own and coordinate operational people processes around mobility, compliance and employment administration, from initial request through to completion, ensuring actions, documentation and deadlines are followed through. - Coordinate 30% ruling applications and extensions, A1 applications and other global mobility processes, making sure the right information and documentation is collected and submitted on time. - Coordinate immigration and visa cases with employees, internal stakeholders and external immigration providers. - Support...
