Join Nike's People Solutions team as a Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst. In this role, you will help manage transportation and mobility benefit programs across EMEA, working closely with employees, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience. What are you going to do?
As a Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst, you will play an important role in the delivery and continuous improvement of Nike’s transportation and mobility benefit programs across EMEA. You will collaborate with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, provide expert support, and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.

- Manage and support company car and transportation benefit programs across multiple EMEA countries.
- Act as the subject matter expert for employees and vendors regarding transportation and mobility benefits.
- Coordinate lease car ordering, vehicle deliveries, returns, and surplus management.
- Support the implementation of EV company car programs and charging solutions.
- Perform payroll reporting, eligibility checks, Benefit in Kind processing, and audits.
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
