HR Specialist (JN-0028656)

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Employee life cycle. The team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete. This is a temporary assignment ending mid February 2027.

What are you going to do?
You will be responsible for executing core HR work including monitoring tasks and tickets in Workday and ServiceNow. In addition, this person is a deep employee lifecycle data expert and understands up and downstream system impacts and data dependencies. The team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete. This includes but is not limited to new hires, onboarding, Right to Work enforcement, employee contracts, leaves of absences, employee changes, organization transformations, manager changes, employee data completeness as legally required and​ needed for all downstream systems including payroll, mobility, immigration, and benefits. This includes monitoring their EMEA GPD ServiceNow queue and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are being met. The near-term focus of this professional will be on Benefits & Compensation programs for France

Other responsibilities include:

- Covers end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and data integrity across HR systems, compliance, and downstream processes (i.e. mass uploads, Right to Work enforcement, employee changes, etc.). Executes core HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including data updates, payroll inputs, onboarding, contracts, benefits and compensation changes.
