Are you a natural leader with a proven track record in a production environment? Do you thrive in a modern, high-tech factory where innovation, efficiency, and teamwork are key? We are looking for a motivated Team Lead Production to guide one of our production teams. In this role, you are the first point of contact for your team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production processes. Together with other team leads and the operations manager, you make sure daily goals are achieved - and exceeded.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical or automated production environment. - Strong people management skills: able to motivate and guide your team effectively. - Ability to balance operational tasks with human-focused leadership. - Knowledge of continuous improvement and production optimization. - Willingness to work in a 3-shift system. - MBO+/HBO level of education, preferably with a technical background. - Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
