You are a marketer who quickly identifies opportunities and considers how to generate demand. You ask: Who are the customers? What's the message? Which channels are most effective? How do we convert engagement into leads and opportunities?
We are looking for a Growth Marketer who thrives on answering these questions and delivering measurable results. Working closely with Sales and technical experts, you'll turn market opportunities into campaigns that reach new audiences, create demand and generate commercial opportunities. You will develop compelling propositions and then roll up your sleeves to bring them to life by creating the content, assets and journeys needed to move prospects from engagement to conversion.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building and doing. You will have the autonomy to test ideas, move quickly and take ownership, while being responsible for delivery. Working within a lean team, you should be comfortable creating most of the campaign collateral yourself rather than relying on specialist resources for every deliverable. Success is measured by the engagement, opportunities and growth generated by your campaigns.
This is a broad role. One day you might be developing a campaign around cybersecurity; the next, writing the landing page and emails, creating webinar or sales assets, building the nurture journey in HubSpot, or using AI to improve the speed and performance of your work.
