Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, you will become the operational backbone of Reefy and the internal counterpart to the CEO. While the CEO focuses externally on commercial development, investors and strategic partnerships, you will take ownership of the company's day-to-day operations and execution.
Tasks
You will be responsible for building and leading Reefy's operational organisation. In practice, this includes:
Taking end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of international coastal protection projects across Europe and the Americas.
Managing project planning, procurement, logistics, supplier relationships and contractor performance.
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and according to customer expectations.
Building scalable operational processes covering contracts, procurement, invoicing, legal administration, insurance, QHSE and risk management.
